Refund Policy for Prime-Vision Creatives
At Prime-Vision Creatives, our mission is to provide top-notch graphic design services that meet and exceed our client's expectations. We strive to deliver innovative and custom designs that truly represent the essence of each brand. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is required. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be issued.
Refund Eligibility:
1.1. Dissatisfaction with the Final Design: If the client is dissatisfied with the final design and feels that it does not align with the provided details or expectations, a refund may be considered.
1.2. Failure to Deliver Services: If, for any unforeseen reason, we cannot fulfill our commitment and deliver the requested design services, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Procedure:
2.1. Client Feedback: In case of dissatisfaction with the final design, the client must provide specific and constructive feedback outlining the aspects that do not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
2.2. Revisions: We encourage clients to participate actively in the revision process, as it allows us to address any concerns and fine-tune the design. Multiple revisions will be offered to reach a mutually satisfactory outcome before considering a refund.
2.3. Refund Request: If the client still remains unsatisfied with the revised designs, they must submit a formal refund request in writing to brandboosta2@gmail.com. The request should include relevant order details, communication history, and reasons for seeking a refund.
Refund Terms and Conditions:
3.1. Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted only if the final files have not been delivered, after the final files have been delivered, refunds can not be requested.
3.2. Approval Process: The refund request will be thoroughly reviewed by our team to assess the validity of the claim. If the request meets the eligible criteria, a refund will be approved.
3.3. Partial Refunds: Depending on the specific circumstances, we may offer partial refunds if only a portion of the design services has been completed or if the client raises concerns about specific aspects of the project.
3.4. Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the initial purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations:
4.1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted in situations where the client changes their mind about the design project after the process has commenced. This is because our designers are paid by the hour and refunds cannot be made after committing resources to working on a particular project.
4.2. Client Responsibility: If the client fails to provide essential project details or fails to respond to communication in a timely manner, a refund will not be issued.
